Shevan the Black

Shevan the Black was a notorious halfling pirate in Nicoboa. His flagship was the Sea Wraith which lead his fleet known as the Darkwater Reavers.

During his later years, Shevan bore many grievous scars, supposedly from an underwater battle with a shark. He spoke in a gravelly voice due to an injury to his throat. His main weapon was a serrated saber.
