Sanctimonians

The Order of the Seven Exalted Virtues, also known as the Sanctimonians, and the Clerics of Many Colors, is a levist fraternity of clerics seeking to praise and uphold the seven exalted virtues.

The virtues are chastity, temperance, charity, diligence, patience, kindness, and humility.

History


Founded in the 10th century.

Dogma


The clerics of the order often wear rainbow colored rosaries, each color representing a virtue.

As the brothers have sworn themselves to the virtues, so to do they eschew the sins. They dislike associating with the sinful, even being uncomfortable in the presence of neutral aligned creatures.
