Royal High Magus

The Royal High Magus is a royal official who is the personal arcanist to the Noran High Monarch and highest ranking adviser pertaining to all things magical in nature. The Royal High Magus is also the highest arbiter of all magical crimes and possesses the ability to strip the right of anyone to practice magic legally.
