The High Crown of Nora is the ruling monarchy of the Allied Kingdoms of Nora. The present monarch, Garnet XVII, has reigned since 1351. She and her immediate family undertake various official, ceremonial and representational duties. As the ruling monarchy of all four kingdoms, ultimate authority may be exercised in any kingdom, but in practice, the kingdoms are left to largely govern themselves.

The High Crown traces its origins to the Exalted King Alexander who was chosen unanimously as king by the Convention of All Nations.
