"My visions never bring glad tidings."
Grégoire Redletter was the nephew of Lord Jethon Redletter.
The wife of King Urien d'Avespeare was an admirer of his and became his benefactor. He was one of the very few Redletters to come into the trust of the royal House d'Avespeare. She frequently attempted to hire him as their personal fortune teller, but he refused each offering, knowing that his divinic powers could not be tamed.
He was famed for his visions of the distant future. His wife began copying the fevered prophecies into a tome which is said to contain the great dooms of the world. During his visions, he has seizures and says his dooms in a daze.
Wears mask because he was flayed by devils, but still survived.

The Redletter Dooms

Altogether, three books were written, each containing one hundred verses. Each of these verses spelled a specific doom, whether small or great. The writing is heavy in symbolism and verse with meanings that only become clear after the prophecised doom already passed.
Each book is known by the first letter written in them; the Epsilon Dooms, the Omicron Dooms, and the Omega Dooms. The Omega Dooms has been lost for some time.
