The Deadlands is a dry rocky desert found in Vatharond, south of the Wyrmspires. It runs from the Wyrmspire foothills all the way to the shores of the Blood Sea. Regular temperatures of 130 F ravage the lifeless land.

The Deadlands are home to the Battlestrider Elves, who have inhabited the desert for the past two thousand years. Also, tribes of tieflings and half-orcs roam, keeping to themselves and warring over water and other resources.
